Sales Executive (Interior Design Firm)

Job Overview

Design 2morrow is a stablished interior design firm seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive. This is a field-oriented role that requires regular client visits, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage leads effectively to drive sales growth.

Responsibilities

  • Perform regular field visits and site inspections to understand client requirements and project scope
  • Meet clients in person and maintain professional communication throughout the sales process
  • Keep in close communication exchange with leads in social media including WhatsApp
  • Give instant response to leads and customers in social media including WhatsApp
  • Manage and track incoming leads, ensuring timely and structured follow-ups
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline from initial contact to project closure
  • Coordinate with the internal design team to align client expectations with project deliverables
  • Convert prospects into confirmed projects through effective negotiation and relationship management
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, site visits, and sales progress
  • Provide regular reports on field activities, lead status, and overall sales performance
  • Work with team for content creation

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (Interior Design, Real Estate, or Service Industry preferred)
  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (Hons/BSc) in any discipline
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to work in a field-based role (site visits required)
  • Professional attitude with a client-focused approach
