Design 2morrow is a stablished interior design firm seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive.
This is a field-oriented role that requires regular client visits, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage leads effectively to drive sales growth.
Responsibilities
- Perform regular field visits and site inspections to understand client requirements and project scope
- Meet clients in person and maintain professional communication throughout the sales process
- Keep in close communication exchange with leads in social media including WhatsApp
- Give instant response to leads and customers in social media including WhatsApp
- Manage and track incoming leads, ensuring timely and structured follow-ups
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline from initial contact to project closure
- Coordinate with the internal design team to align client expectations with project deliverables
- Convert prospects into confirmed projects through effective negotiation and relationship management
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, site visits, and sales progress
- Provide regular reports on field activities, lead status, and overall sales performance
- Work with team for content creation
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (Interior Design, Real Estate, or Service Industry preferred)
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (Hons/BSc) in any discipline
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Willingness to work in a field-based role (site visits required)
- Professional attitude with a client-focused approach
